Fiera della Dieta Mediterranea

The Parco del Cillarese becomes the stage for a rich cultural program dedicated to the Mediterranean Diet, an intangible heritage of humanity. Between September and October 2026, the Fiera della Dieta Mediterranea will enliven the park with cultural, educational, and informative activities: taste workshops, meetings with local producers, tastings, shows, and moments of in-depth study on nutrition, environment, and the identity of the territory. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Brindisi as part of the project "Navigare il Futuro" and realized with the support of the Fondazione Nuovo Teatro Verdi and the collaboration of numerous local partners.

The annual Fiera di Santa Maria returns, dedicated to the sale of various goods. The event takes place in the streets of the center of Apricena: Viale A. Moro (from Via P. Giannone/Via Monte Grappa to Viale G. Di Vittorio), Via B. Buozzi and Via Duca di Genova (from Corso Roma to Viale G. Di Vittorio). To ensure visitor safety, vehicle traffic and parking are prohibited in the affected areas from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
