As part of the fourth edition of Tricase VINTage, the atrium and stables of Palazzo Gallone host an afternoon of workshops designed for children and young people, to discover biodiversity through play, experimentation and the senses. The event begins with a preview visit to the exhibition "Frutti ritrovati", dedicated to the ancient varieties of fruit, vegetables, legumes and cereals of the area. The youngest become little winemakers with grape crushing and pressing, while the older ones take part in a multisensory blind pomological tasting. The initiative is organised by the City of Tricase in collaboration with the Associazione di Promozione Sociale Terrarossa.
