Il Comune di Torremaggiore aderisce alla XXXIV edizione di 'Puliamo il Mondo', l'iniziativa di volontariato ambientale promossa da Legambiente. La giornata di pulizia e cura del territorio si svolgerà il 19 settembre 2026. Il Comune mette a disposizione kit per volontari adulti (materiale e copertura assicurativa) per un totale di 100 partecipanti.

Back in Torremaggiore is the mini festival "Argento Vivo", now in its fifth edition, dedicated to promoting active aging and socialization for the elderly. The program takes place in various locations around the city between July and August 2026. It starts on Sunday, July 26 with the "VI World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly": a Eucharistic celebration presided over by the bishop at the Villa Comunale. On Tuesday, July 28, the "2nd edition of the Sagra del Pancotto" is scheduled on via Nicola Fiani, in front of the Church of San Nicola. On August 6, the "Sagra Acqua e Sale" will be held in the pine forest, followed by evenings of entertainment and activities for the elderly on August 7 and 9, also in the pine forest.

The event is promoted by the Civico Liceo Musicale Luigi Rossi in collaboration with the Associazione Mozart APS.
