Taviano lights the spark of Christmas
Sala Ria - Palazzo Marchesale, Piazza del Popolo
Organised by Comune di Taviano
The Municipality of Taviano meets citizens, associations and volunteers for a first appointment dedicated to the city's Christmas decorations. The meeting is held on Tuesday 3 November at 19:00 in the Sala Ria of Palazzo Marchesale, in Piazza del Popolo. During the evening, proposals are collected from those who want to contribute and tasks are divided for creating the decorations. Everyone's ideas, time and skills are used to decide how to decorate streets and squares and to organise the activities of the coming weeks. The meeting opens the path towards Taviano's Christmas, which in past years has been gathered under the Scintilla programme, with lights, concerts, theatre and workshops in the historic centre. Participation is open to all.
