Sagra de la Volìa Cazzata 2026
Largo Primo Maggio, Martano
From 15 to 18 October 2026, Martano hosts the 35th edition of the Sagra de la Volìa Cazzata, an event celebrating the crushed olive, a symbol of the Salento farming tradition. The event, organized by the Associazione Cosimo Moschettini APS, enlivens Largo Primo Maggio with food stalls, tastings and evenings of folk music. In addition to the undisputed star, prepared according to the local recipe, visitors can taste other typical dishes of the area and discover the quality agri-food products of Salento.
