Incontro pubblico promosso dall'U.O.C. di Oncologia dell'ospedale di Gallipoli "Sacro Cuore di Gesù", in collaborazione con Motus Animi - Provider ECM. L'evento intende stimolare una riflessione consapevole sul tema dell'interdipendenza trasversale, con un focus mirato sul concetto di fragilità orientato alla tutela della persona e dell'ambiente.
Festa in onore dei Santi Medici Cosma e Damiano

Every year, Galatone renews its devotion to the Saints Cosmas and Damian, the physician saints invoked for healings and needs. The religious heart of the festival is on September 25 and 26, with liturgical celebrations, processions, and prayer moments involving the entire town. To best welcome these days, the city streets light up as early as the first weeks of September: via Tenente Sabato, via C. A. Dalla Chiesa, and via V. M. Vaglio are adorned with large artistic light displays, creating a suggestive backdrop that accompanies the community until mid-October, when the lights are taken down.
