The celebrations in honor of Saint Roch of Montpellier, Patron Saint of Casamassima, will take place on September 12, 13 and 14, 2026. On Sunday, September 13, the solemn procession in honor of the Saint will take place, with the participation of civil, religious and military authorities. The Municipality participates in the festivities and offers a representative buffet for the attending authorities.
V Edizione Sagra "U Chenìgghie Chìine e la Fecazze de Patane"

Torna a Casamassima la quinta edizione della Sagra "U Chenìgghie Chìine e la Fecazze de Patane", dedicata al coniglio ripieno e alla focaccia di patate, prodotti tipici De.Co. del territorio. La manifestazione si svolge in Piazza Aldo Moro, Corso Umberto e Corso Vittorio Emanuele, con stand enogastronomici, mercatini, mostre, visite guidate nel Borgo Antico, show cooking e intrattenimento musicale per tutte le età. Venerdì 18 settembre si esibiscono Gianni e Renato Ciardo, sabato 19 la "Notte 90" e domenica 20 la Zanzarita Orchestra.
XXXVII Stramaxima - XXXV Trofeo E. Manzari

La XXXVII edizione della Stramaxima, gara nazionale FIDAL di corsa su strada, si terrà il 20 settembre 2026 a Casamassima. La manifestazione è organizzata dall'A.S.D. Amatori Atletica Emanuele Manzari e prevede anche il XVII concorso fotografico "Fotografa la Stramaxima" e visite guidate nel centro storico in collaborazione con la Pro Loco. Partenza e arrivo sono previsti in Piazza Aldo Moro, con utilizzo degli spazi esterni della Scuola Primaria Marconi.
