Two days in Brindisi dedicated to food, health and tradition: on 13 and 14 November 2026 the Festival della Dieta Mediterranea takes place between the Nuovo Teatro Verdi and Palazzo Granafei-Nervegna, with talks, workshops, tastings, show cooking and music. The programme focuses on nutrition and prevention, biodiversity and wellbeing, involving experts, students and families. The event is organised by the Comune di Brindisi with the Fondazione Nuovo Teatro Verdi and the Fondazione Dieta Mediterranea, as part of Brindisi Capitale della Cultura di Puglia 2026. Ahead of the festival, on Saturday 7 November at 7 pm, a circus parade from piazza Cairoli to the seafront. The grand finale on 14 November is entrusted to Lino Cannavacciuolo Acoustic Project.
