In Alliste the traditional Fair-Festival in honour of the Patron Saint San Quintino Martire returns, with a programme combining religious moments and civil celebrations. The central moment is the solemn procession on 30 October, which passes through the streets of the town with the statue of the Patron Saint. Alongside the procession there are classical and light music concerts in Piazza San Quintino, the evening fireworks display and the large fair-market that brings the streets of the centre to life. For the entire duration of the celebrations there is also a funfair. The event is promoted by the Parrocchia della Trasfigurazione di Gesù Cristo di Alliste and by the Comitato Festa Patronale di S.
